It depends on your program. Starter Strength can be done with just a set of dumbbells and a resistance band. Sculpt & Tone works best with access to a gym or a solid home setup (dumbbells, barbell, bench, pull-up bar). Elite Coaching is fully customized to whatever equipment you have access to — we'll build your plan around it.
Absolutely. Starter Strength was designed specifically for women who are new to lifting. Every exercise includes video demonstrations, form cues, and scaling options. You'll learn the fundamentals properly so you can progress safely and confidently. Many of our most impressive transformations started with zero gym experience.
Most workouts run 45-60 minutes, 4 days per week. That's it. We believe in training smart, not living at the gym. Quality over quantity is our philosophy. Many of our busiest clients — nurses, moms, entrepreneurs — consistently complete the program because it's designed to fit a real life, not replace it.
We recommend consulting your OB/GYN or midwife before starting any fitness program during pregnancy. If you're cleared to train, our Elite Coaching tier can create a prenatal-specific program tailored to your trimester and fitness level. We've worked with many pregnant clients and can modify exercises for safety and comfort. Your doctor's guidance always comes first.
